12 months or 300 hours of operation — whichever comes first from the delivery date. Double the industry standard.

OpenPPG warrants your paramotor to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use and service, for 12 months or 300 hours of operation from the date of delivery — whichever comes first.
Coverage extends to all parts of your paramotor, including the motor, power system, and battery. If a covered defect appears during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective part at no cost to you — parts and labor included.
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It is effective for paramotors received on or after February 2025.
What's covered
Defects in materials or workmanship in any part of the paramotor under normal use and service. This includes the motor, electronic speed controller, battery pack and BMS, frame and structural components, wiring and connectors, throttle controller, propeller, and firmware-related issues covered under updates.
Normal use means flying the paramotor within its published operating range and performing the maintenance described in the manual.
What's not covered
Accidents, crashes, hard landings, misuse, abuse, neglect, or operation outside standard paramotor flying conditions. Normal wear and tear on propellers, lines, and cosmetic surfaces. Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs. Damage from improper charging practices or improper maintenance.
The warranty does not apply to the SP140 ICE (gasoline) paramotors or to standalone parts purchased separately — coverage applies to complete electric paramotor systems only.

How to file a claim
Email support@openppg.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video if relevant. We'll review the case, let you know what we need from you, and arrange a repair or replacement.
If a return is required, we will coordinate shipping details with you directly. The owner is responsible for shipping the paramotor back to us; OpenPPG covers parts and labor on approved claims.
We continue to support our customers after the warranty period ends and keep affordable replacement parts and upgrades available long-term.
